As an Influencer Outreach Lead, you will own KSHM's influencer and creator partnerships end-to-end. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role focused on strategy, relationship-building, and execution — ideal for someone who understands creator psychology, communicates persuasively, and builds long-term partnerships.
