Overview

We’re looking for an Influencer Sourcing Specialist to support our influencer marketing team by researching, scouting, and engaging creators at scale. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, centered on creator discovery, list building, outreach, follow-ups, and data accuracy, rather than campaign management or client communication.

What You’ll Do

  • Research, scout, and identify relevant creators across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve high-quality influencer lists aligned with campaign briefs and client requirements.
  • Conduct outreach and follow-ups with creators and talent agencies to assess interest, availability, and campaign fit.
  • Collect and organize key creator data, including audience demographics, engagement metrics, content style, rates, and outreach status.
