Role: Infor WFM Techno-Functional ConsultantLocation: Anywhere in India Shift:12pm to 1pm, 1pm to 10pm, 2pm to 11pm Work Mode: Hybrid Experience: 7+ Years Type: Contract Requirements We are looking for an experienced Infor Workforce Management (WFM) Functional / Support Consultant to work on AMS support, enhancements, configuration, and integrations for enterprise time & attendance and workforce management systems. The role involves incident management, configuration, testing, integrations, and production support in a complex enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities Application Support & AMS Delivery Participate in full AMS lifecycle including: Support & Maintenance Enhancements System upgrades SLA management Handle Incident, Problem & Change Management: Incident logging, triage, tracking, resolution Root cause analysis and permanent fixes Work with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) for L1/L2/L3 support Support hypercare, deployments, and production releases Configuration, Testing & Enhancements Perform: Configuration and reconfiguration Upgrades and enhancements Implementation support and UAT Maintain DEV/Test environments aligned with Production Prepare and maintain: Functional & Technical Design Documents Test strategies, test cases User training & implementation documentation Infor WFM Functional Ownership Configure and support: Time & Attendance (Timesheets, Pay Rules, Security, Pay Groups, Calculation Groups) Accruals (Policies, Entitlements, Assignments) Scheduling & Advanced Scheduling (Shift Patterns, MVS, LFSO) Job Scheduling Support integrations: Employee Import Payroll Export Time Imports Manage: Labor levels Employee groups Security roles and access Monitoring & Troubleshooting Perform troubleshooting using: Hyperfinds, Genies, Reports Transaction Assistant Resolve: Configuration errors Data issues Job failures Interface failures Support: Audits Compliance checks Data corrections Integrations & Technical Collaboration Manage WFM integration with HR, Payroll, and other systems Work with technical teams on: Extensions Customizations Interfaces Support: Data conversion and migration activities Required Skills & Experience Core Experience 2 6 years of experience in: Infor WFM or Any Time & Attendance / Workforce Management system Strong hands-on in: Timekeeping configuration Pay rules & policies Scheduling & attendance management Infor WFM Skills Infor WFM: Data structures Configuration Integrations Modules: Time & Attendance Accruals Scheduling & Advanced Scheduling Job Scheduling Reporting: SQL-based reporting Cognos (preferred) Technical & Tools Working knowledge of: SQL Java / JavaScript / J2EE (for extensions/integrations) Experience with: ITSM tools like ServiceNow Experience with: Infor WFM 6.2.4+ or Infor WFM Cloud (preferred) Good to Have Infor WFM Certification ITIL V3 Foundation Certification Experience with: Mobility / ETM / Mobile workforce features Cognos Report Studio / Query Studio Complex integrations & extensions Benefits Visit us at http://alignity.io/careers.
