. - Diagnose and resolve failed jobs, data loading issues, and system errors in real-time or scheduled runs.
- Handle escalations from managers or clients, providing timely resolutions.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring problems.
Maintenance & Optimization
:
- Tune
Informatica mappings
and workflows for better performance and efficiency. - Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure data quality and completeness.
- Implement minor enhancements or bug fixes in existing ETL code.
- Manage load balancing for ETL services.
Collaboration & Documentation
:
- Work with business analysts, DBAs, and testers to understand issues and coordinate fixes.
