We place hands-on engineering talent into large-scale data warehousing, analytics and transformation programs that drive business-critical reporting and insight.

Primary Job Title: Informatica Developer (ETL / PowerCenter)

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy robust ETL mappings, workflows and sessions in Informatica PowerCenter to ingest, transform and load enterprise data into data warehouses.
• Implement and maintain Informatica Cloud (IICS) and PowerExchange integrations for hybrid on-premise and cloud-sourced data pipelines.
• Perform source-to-target data mapping, data profiling and apply transformations ensuring data quality and consistency across pipelines.
• Optimize ETL performance through session tuning, pushdown optimization and efficient resource usage; troubleshoot production incidents and SLA breaches.
• Collaborate with BI/Analytics, data modelling and QA teams to validate data flows, implement automated regression tests and support release cycles.
• Create and maintain technical documentation: design specs, deployment runbooks, data lineage and operational monitoring processes.

• Proven track record of delivering ETL solutions in enterprise data warehousing environments; strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
• Familiarity with API-based integrations (REST), SFTP data transfers and basic data governance concepts (data lineage, profiling).
• On-site availability in India (role requires working from client site as specified).
