As an Informatica ETL Production Support professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of ETL processes and providing support for production environments. You will work closely with data engineers and analysts to troubleshoot issues and optimize performance.
- Monitor and maintain ETL processes using Informatica.
- Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and performance.
- Document processes and create support documentation.
- Participate in on-call support rotations as needed.
