Job Title: Informatica MDM Developer
Experience: 5–8 years (with strong MDM expertise)
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Informatica MDM Developer to design, develop, and implement Master Data Management solutions using Informatica MDM platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in data integration, data quality, and MDM hub configuration, along with a good understanding of business processes related to master data.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop MDM solutions using Informatica MDM Hub.
Configure data models, match/merge rules, and workflows within the MDM environment.
Implement data quality rules and ensure data governance standards are met.
Develop and maintain ETL processes using Informatica Power Center or similar tools.
Integrate MDM with source and target systems (SAP, CRM, ERP, etc.).
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of MDM components.
Must-Have Skills:
Strong experience in Informatica MDM Hub (Configuration, Match/Merge, Hierarchy Management).
Proficiency in ETL development using Informatica Power Center.
Good understanding of data quality, data governance, and master data concepts.
Experience with Java-based customizations in MDM (Cleanse functions, User exits).
Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Exposure to Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
Experience with REST/SOAP web services integration.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and MDM deployment on cloud.
Knowledge of workflow tools and data stewardship processes.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
