Informatica MDM

Role: Responsible for the end-to-end design, build, and optimization of Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, ensuring rapid issue resolution and removal of technical blockers to support timely project delivery within a large financial services environment. The role ensures that business decisions are based on trusted master data, enabling enhanced client experiences, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end design, build, and deployment of Informatica MDM solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and data governance standards. Act as the subject matter expert for Informatica MDM, providing guidance and technical leadership to project teams and stakeholders Rapidly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Informatica MDM, removing blockers for the Data Engineering team to maintain project momentum Collaborate closely with Data Engineering, Project Management, and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust MDM solutions. Optimize Informatica MDM performance, ensuring scalability, reliability, and data quality. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for MDM processes, standards, and best practices. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, issues, and resolutions. Skills: Ternary degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in end-to end design and build of Informatica MDM solutions within large financial services organizations. Advanced skills in Informatica MDM Hub configuration, customization, and integration. Proven ability to resolve complex technical issues quickly and efficiently. Experience collaborating with Data Engineering teams to deliver large-scale data projects. Strong understanding of data modelling, governance and regulatory compliance in financial services. Attributes: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to issue resolution. Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
