Planning and delivering high-quality and efficient professional services solutions to our customers, including deployment, consultation, training and support activities of Waters' portfolio of informatics products in a blue-chip multi-sector environment, both face-to-face and remotely;Maintaining and creating accurate records and detailed technical documentation pre and post deployment, such as Statement of Work, detailed System Architect, including system configurations, issues, and resolutions.Ability to discuss the benefits of the Waters Informatics Products and associated services;Providing guidance to customers to ensure they maintain compliance and enable smooth, safe operation of Waters' informatics products in their laboratories;Maintaining customer relationships and liaising as appropriate with the relevant sales account manager for the customer, ensuring key focus on the customer and their needs a...
