Position Summary

The Information Desk Clerk position represents FirstOntario Concert Hall as initial contact for prospective clients and the general public both on the phone and in person. Receptionist will also assist guests with event information and/or route necessary calls to appropriate personnel. Responsible for stage door/mail run.

This is a seasonal role from February 2, 2026 and will end on June 2, 2026.

This role pays an hourly rate of $18.74 CAD (per CBA).
