Davidson are the preferred supplier for the government sector and have strong partnerships within local, state and federal government. We currently have opportunities for two experienced Information Officers to commence a fantastic contract role for a period of 4 months.

About the Role

The role requirements are inclusive of but not limited to the following:

  • Provide support to leasing team to plan and migrate to an electronic record keeping system.
  • Identify key documents in existing network drives and hard copy files and ensure records are available to transfer to an electronic filing system.
  • Provide advice to management and staff on best practice records management.
  • Contribute to the improvement of the Records Management System and associated policies and procedures.
