Responsibilities:

• Conduct 24/7 security monitoring of the corporate network and endpoint systems to identify and mitigate potential threats.
• Perform regular vulnerability assessments and coordinate with the IT team to patch security flaws in contact center platforms and web applications.
• Serve as a first responder to security breaches; investigate the root cause, document findings, and implement measures to prevent recurrence.

Requirements:

• Amenable to work in Shifting Schedule
