• Scrum Master Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure disciplined adoption of Scrum practices across the IAM Product, Requirements, and Delivery crews.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to remove impediments and enable the delivery team to complete committed Product Backlog items as per plan.
  • Maintain a predictable and efficient delivery cadence through effective planning and execution.
  • Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile values, principles, and best practices to strengthen team maturity.
  • Foster collaboration between Product Owners, Business Analysts, Delivery teams, and other stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
