Job Description

This role is responsible for defining, delivering, and supporting customer identity and access management (IAM) solutions, with a primary focus on Ping Directory and related Ping Identity products. The position works closely with IT Engineering and Information Security teams to design scalable, secure, and high‑performance directory services. The role also contributes to broader Information Security initiatives and supports ongoing operational activities.

The position centers on securing identity infrastructure through the implementation and management of Ping Directory and associated tools. Key areas of responsibility include directory architecture, schema design, replication strategies, performance optimization, and integration with authentication and authorization systems.
