Job Description

Information Security Governance

• Develop and maintain the bank's information security policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with BSP Circular No. 982 and Circular No. 808.
• Ensure effective governance structures are in place to support cybersecurity and IT risk management across business units.
• Lead periodic reviews and updates of the bank's security framework to reflect evolving threats and regulatory changes.

Risk Management

• Oversee the identification, assessment, and mitigation of information security risks, including cyber threats, data breaches, and third-party risks.
• Conduct IT risk profiling in accordance with BSP's classification guidelines (Complex, Moderate, Simple).
