The Information Security Project Manager will be responsible for managing several projects involving technical and process remediations related to Privileged Access Management Findings and assisting the Bank’s stakeholders in delivering the annual targets of Audit remediation commitments and risk reduction.In this context the Project Manager will be managing delivery to scope, cost, schedule, resources, and quality while continuously identifying and mitigating underlying risks. The role requires excellent oral and written communications skills along with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate must be able to easily grasp and communicate complex ideas and be knowledgeable in Information Security topics.What we’ll offer you

Develop expert knowledge of the Bank’s InfoSec Policies and controls, specifically around PAM and how these must be applied to IT AssetsDevelop expert knowledge of the Bank’s NFRM Risk Management Framework and related policiesCreate and maintain project management plans. Ensure delivery to schedule and cost.Create and maintain RACI matrixes & stakeholder lists and plan tasks, milestones and deliverablesWork with vendors to create/agree, as and where required, Statements of WorkOversee Vendors and ensure they deliver to their contracted commitmentsLiaise with procurement on contract management and invoicingReview risks and issues and assess their impact on the Business CaseEnsure project adheres to the Risk & Issue Management, Dependency Management and Change Management processes as outlined in the Change Governance FrameworkTrack the progress of Key Performance Indicators on a fortnightly basis against the baselineProvide regular project status reportingCapture Lessons Learned as per the frequency agreed in the project management planMonitor and report overall project performance KPIs, Risks and IssuesEnsure all tasks, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies aligned to the overall completion of the Investment are closedYour skills and experience
Overall experience of 6-10 years in an IT Project Management role, preferably related to IT Security and/or Privileged Access ManagementExpert knowledge of the topics of Identity and Access Management & Privileged Access ManagementExpert knowledge of Project Management methodologies, tools, and techniques.Experienced in managing Infrastructure & Cyber Security projects.Proven leadership and general management skills, including advanced negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities.Expert-level organization and planning skillsStrong analytical and collaborative skills.Experienced in methods of estimating time and resources for task assignmentsGood knowledge and understanding of Information Security conceptsExperience in a Global Financial Services OrganisationExperience working with Internal / External AuditorsExperience developing/managing medium to large project schedulesExperience in working with vendorsProven ability to work effectively with executive managementAbility to influence and work collaboratively across multiple organizations to reach common goalsOrganized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentTeam player and collaboratorStrong skills in Microsoft Office and able to use advanced features of PowerPoint and Excel SharePoint, project management and reporting automation skillsGood understanding of technologies such as Windows, Unix, Databases, Cloud (GCP and Azure) would be beneficialEducation | Certification (Recommended):
