This role involves managing Cryptography pillar-wide governance across all IT Security projects and initiatives (Run-the-Bank/Change-the-Bank). Key responsibilities include ensuring timely delivery, identifying and removing impediments that hinder planned progress, and providing pragmatic tools and processes to enable Crypto Product Owners to operate most effectively and efficiently within our agile environment. Spearhead governance and control of key deliverables for multiple strategic programs within the Crypto Tribe, ensuring comprehensive reporting, progress tracking, resource allocation, and budget adherence. Mentor Product Owners across Crypto Squads on critical processes such as ordering, procurement, talent acquisition, and financial oversight. Assist the Tribe Lead in the strategic planning, governance, and senior management reporting of key programs. Facilitate agile processes, such as the Quarterly Review Board (QBR), to ensure timely delivery and enable early intervention for impediments. Implement and optimize processes to foster an empowering environment, enabling Product Owners to consistently deliver exceptional quality. Your skills and experience
Extensive experience (5+ years) in managing complex IT Security projects. In-depth knowledge of Deutsche Bank's project and stakeholder management tools and processes. Adept at managing diverse international stakeholders, encompassing both technical and non-technical audiences. Skilled in translating complex technical concepts into actionable project management requirements. Drive the ownership and optimization of processes across agile and traditional project management frameworks.
