HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

In this role, you will contribute to several key initiatives that are central to our department's digital evolution:

• Enhance our SharePoint platform – support content design, onboarding of users, troubleshooting, and improve user engagement with new features and layout.

• Redesign user experience – review and optimize navigation and structure; explore new tools like AI chatbots to improve access to information.
