Information System Manager

Responsibilities:
People & Stakeholder Leadership
Lead and support a small internal IT team
Work closely with business stakeholders and regional subsidiaries to understand operational needs
Enable business teams by ensuring systems perform reliably to support KPIs
Foster strong cross-functional collaboration, clear communication, and effective issue escalation
Vendor & Partner Management
Manage external vendors and service providers, ensuring SLA adherence and service quality
Oversee contracts, renewals, performance reviews, and escalations
Coordinate procurement of hardware, software, and managed services
Lead vendor evaluations for new or enhanced solutions
IT Operations, Infrastructure & Security
Oversee IT infrastructure
Ensure system stability, uptime, scalability, and performance
Implement and enforce security standards and compliance (including PDPA)
