What You'll Be Doing

People & Stakeholder Leadership

• Lead and support a small internal IT team
• Work closely with business stakeholders and regional subsidiaries to understand operational needs
• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration, clear communication, and effective issue escalation

Vendor & Partner Management

• Manage external vendors and service providers
• Oversee contracts, renewals, performance reviews, and escalations
• Coordinate procurement of hardware, software, and managed services
• Lead vendor evaluations for new or enhanced solutions

IT Operations, Infrastructure & Security

• Oversee IT infrastructure, ensure system stability, uptime, scalability, and performance
• Implement and enforce security standards and compliance
• Oversee backups, patching, upgrades, and system maintenance
