The IS Assistant supports the IS Manager in ensuring smooth daily hotel technology operations by maintaining computer systems and networks with minimal downtime, providing technical assistance to associate and guests, assisting with system updates, backups and user access, and helping implement Hyatt’s technology standards to ensure reliable, uninterrupted support for all hotel departments.



**Qualifications:**



• Diploma or degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred.

• Basic knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting and system administration; networking experience is an advantage.

• Prior experience in an IT support role is preferred; hotel/hospitality IT exposure is an added advantage.

• Ability to provide clear, patient and service oriented technical assistance.
