This position reports to HR Operations Manager.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Manage the entire application lifecycle for HR Information Systems in Switzerland, ensuring local systems work reliably and serve their users effectively;
- Evaluate external system providers with consideration of technical requirements and business needs;
- Develop solutions that enable data exchange/interfaces between Workday, local ERP systems, or other platforms as required;
The hybrid work model allows employees to balance remote work with collaboration in the office setting. This role is part of the Baden-based HR Operations function.
