Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teams across departments to translate business processes into effective, scalable digital workflows.
  • Provide hands-on support, resolve user issues, and continuously monitor system performance.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and documentation to empower users.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and new feature adoption.

Advantages:
  • Experience in a software or iGaming company.
  • A knack for creating and delivering engaging workshops and training sessions.
  • Certifications in Jira administration or related systems.

  • 2+ years proven experience managing or administering business systems (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, or similar).
  • Strong systems thinker who can map processes end-to-end and find root causes.
  • Great at discovery, asking sharp questions and clarifying needs and priorities.
  • Analytical problem-solver who evaluates options and makes clear trade-offs.
