Position Description:
CGI Federal is currently looking for a Senior Level Information Systems Security Engineer with active Top Secret clearance to support a large project for a federal government client. The Sr. Level ISSE will work in an agile environment, applying a variety of technical skills in a fast-paced setting. The role involves supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure systems and networks, contributing to compliance efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Support the development of program requirements related to IT, software development, and systems integration.
• Assist in designing and maintaining network communications systems.
• Contribute to network architecture specifications and schematics.
• Provide input on hardware/software selection and implementation techniques.
• Participate in testing and evaluation of network designs.
• Help assess new technologies to enhance network capabilities.
• Ensure quality standards are met in deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams to capture customer requirements.
• Support the development of technical solutions through established processes.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Active Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in software development or related discipline, with experience in technical documentation.
• Minimum of 7+ years' experience as a Senior-level IT professional.
• Experience with software development and system interfaces.
• Familiarity with .NET, C#, JavaScript, Java, Perl.
• Knowledge of Oracle, API Architecture (SOAP/REST), Git.
• Exposure to Solr, Bash Shell.
• Understanding of Oracle Label Security, PL/SQL.
• Experience with Visual Studio Pro, Selenium.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate and contribute to team success.
