Participate in the change request process for technical and functional updates.
Testing & Delivery
Collaborate on technical testing to ensure smooth production delivery
Launch and monitor initiatives, ensuring timely follow-up
Issue Resolution & Process Optimization
Perform Level 3 support, analyzing reported issues, and identifying solutions or workarounds to minimize impact
Ensure resolution and follow-up with vendors or service providers
