Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Information Technology Analyst. Responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues, analyzing and resolving IT-related challenges, and collaborating with team members to optimize IT operations. The role also involves ensuring that all technology solutions are functioning effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess technical issues and recommend solutions
• Proficiency in Information Technology, including familiarity with IT systems and software
• Experience in providing Technical Support and Troubleshooting problems
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Prior experience in IT roles is a plus
