Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, test, implement, and support Payment Systems.
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support across Production, UAT, and DR environments.
- Manage incidents, changes, and escalations via ITSM to meet SLAs and KPIs.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
- Liaise with stakeholders on requirements, solutions, and implementation.
- Support audits, compliance activities, and disaster recovery exercises.
- Maintain system and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 4–5 years’ experience in application support/development, preferably in Payment Systems.
- Strong understanding of payment operations, system integration, and support processes.
- Experience in incident, change, and problem management.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
