Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, test, implement, and support Payment Systems.
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support across Production, UAT, and DR environments.
  • Manage incidents, changes, and escalations via ITSM to meet SLAs and KPIs.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
  • Liaise with stakeholders on requirements, solutions, and implementation.
  • Support audits, compliance activities, and disaster recovery exercises.
  • Maintain system and technical documentation.

Requirements

  • Degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 4–5 years’ experience in application support/development, preferably in Payment Systems.
  • Strong understanding of payment operations, system integration, and support processes.
  • Experience in incident, change, and problem management.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
