Job Description
The role is for an IT Asset Manager to help plan and manage the Global Laptop Refresh and Asset Reclamation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as escalation point for complex issues relating to end user device replacement
- Manage the global asset reclamation for End User Device replacement working closely with our internal Finance & HR depts.
- Build and maintain a strong working relationship with our suppliers and Partners
- Develop and maintain a clear reclamation strategy ensuring end user devices are replaced with minimal user disruption
- Produce regular reports for Senior leadership showing progress against targeted refresh and the recliam of old assets.
- Disposal of old assets ensuring that industry and clients standards are met to ensure the integrity of company data.
- Working closely with the deplyment co-ordinator to help maintain the Global refresh budget.
Education:
- B.Com graduate with Industry Certification: ITIL Foundations ...
