The Level 1 IT Associate is an entry-level professional who supports various IT functions, including IT Service Desk operations, Audio-Visual projects and events, Telecommunications installations and repairs, and computer hardware support. They are developing their knowledge and skills in these areas and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow in their role.
