Own production support for Gold Loan Core Systems, LOS/LMS, mobile and web applications. Lead application and Infrastructure Support teams assigned to Gold Loan operations.
Manage incident, problem, and major incident handling, including escalation and resolution. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive permanent corrective actions.
Manage end-to-end project delivery including BRD/CR gathering, UAT coordination, and production releases. Control production releases, patches, hotfixes, and upgrades with proper approvals and rollback plans. Ensure UAT sign-off, CAB approvals, and post release stabilization.
Ensure stability of API integrations with banks, payment gateways, KYC, AML, CKYC, CIC, and third-party systems.
Monitor batch jobs, transaction flows, interfaces, and system health.
