IT Coordinator / Technical Virtual Assistant
We’re looking for an IT Coordinator / Technical Virtual Assistant to join a fast-growing, remote-first scale-up and work closely with the Director of Tech.
This role sits at the intersection of support, systems, and improvement. Yes, you’ll handle day-to-day IT needs: Onboarding, access, troubleshooting, but you’ll also have a seat at the table when it comes to improving how things work.
If you enjoy fixing problems and thinking about how to prevent them next time, this role will feel rewarding.
What you’ll actually be doing:
You’ll be the go-to person for keeping internal tech running smoothly. That means onboarding new hires, managing access across Google Workspace and other tools, and helping teammates when they hit everyday technical issues like 2FA errors, permissions, or spreadsheet hiccups.
But this role doesn’t stop at “fixing tickets.”
