Job Summary: IT Coordinator (Banking)
A banking institution is seeking an IT Coordinator to manage and maintain all company technological equipment and software. The role focuses on ensuring seamless integration of devices with critical systems, providing user support and training, and managing IT assets and licenses.
Mandatory Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Technology, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience as an IT Coordinator or similar role, specifically within a banking environment.
Strong knowledge of operating systems, network configurations (LAN/WAN), and IT troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
Device & System Management: Maintain and configure company hardware (computers, tablets, smartphones) and ensure their seamless connection to file servers, email, and financial systems.
