Overview

Role: Microsoft Systems Engineer

Experience: 3–8 years

Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage Exchange On-Prem including mail flows, DAG, mailbox management, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage and support Microsoft 365 (M365) services – Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Azure AD.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases including backups, restores, patching, and performance monitoring.
  • Administer and support SharePoint On-Prem / SharePoint Online , including site collections, permissions, workflows, and integrations.
  • Implement and enforce security policies across Exchange, M365, SQL, and SharePoint environments.
  • Perform patching, monitoring, backup, capacity planning, and disaster recovery tasks.
