Hiring IT Engineer for Malaysia Location

Messaging Team

  • Windows OS is mandatory.
  • Prefer Exchange, M365, SQL, SharePoint.
  • Candidate need not have all four—any strong combination works (e.g., Exchange + SQL or M365 + SharePoint).

Unix & DB Team

  • At least one database platform (Oracle, SAP HANA).

Server Team

  • OS (Windows/Linux) and networking mandatory.
  • Database knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.

Media Management Team

  • Windows + networking mandatory.
  • Storage concepts and troubleshooting required (disk storage; tape optional).

If one candidate has Windows + VMware + Cloud (Azure/AWS) , that’s ideal.

Don’t expect all skills in one person—hire complementary profiles
