Key Tasks, Duties and Measurements
Design and implement process automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, VBAs, and RPA tools
Drive efficiency improvements across the organization through smart automation
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and network issues with speed and precision
Install, configure, and optimize hardware and software systems
Support the deployment of new applications and ensure smooth rollouts
Create clear procedural documentation to empower users
Conduct routine Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises
