About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Manager to lead our regional technology operations and security posture. This role is responsible for designing secure network architectures, driving cybersecurity governance, managing multi-country IT support teams, and ensuring our organisation meets the highest standards of compliance and certifications.
You will play a key leadership role across infrastructure, security operations, incident response, identity lifecycle management, and vendor governance while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across all sites.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain secure network architecture (segmentation, VLANs, firewalls, VPN, Wi-Fi security).
Establish and enforce network configuration baselines and best practices across all locations.
Lead cybersecurity governance including MFA, RBAC, access reviews, policy enforcement, and SOP compliance.
