Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Systems Administration & Infrastructure
Lead the planning, installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems including servers, storage, and network devices.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively to minimize downtime.
Manage Active Directory, DNS, virtualization (VMware), Virtual desktop infrastructure, Servers, Storage and cloud platforms (Azure).
Manage and administer O365 platform
Oversee patch management and system updates.
Manage, configure, monitor & restore back ups
Advanced technical support for escalated issues
Manage and monitor IT tickets using IT Ticketing tool.
Security & Compliance
Implement and maintain security protocols, firewalls, anti-virus systems, and data protection strategies.
Ensure systems are compliant with relevant regulations (ISO 27001).
Conduct risk assessments and support disaster recovery/business continuity planning.
