Job Description:Need someone to be hands-on at first, work with product teams to develop AIOps basic capability, evolve that into an AIOps strategy / platform and grow from there.Great communication skillsEnterprise / Arch thinkingHands-on & ability to partner with other developersExperience with AIOps tooling (esp. for LLMs)(Later) ability to grow a small team - 1-2 EngineersA strong tech lead who could run an AIOps team ORA deeply experienced infra engineer, knows Kubernetes (k8s) and understands DXTech stack - AWS + k8s mainly. AIOps is AWS + Azure/copilot, so would be mainly AWS with some vendor-agnostic strategy. All open standards.Code = Python, UV, & React.Data = Clickhouse (but unlikely to be too close to this)
