Information Technology Lead

Location: ABSI Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines

Qualifications and Expectations:

  • Graduate of IT/Computer Science or related field (preferred but not required)
  • 2–4 years IT experience in Service Desk, Technical Support, IT Support, Desktop Support, etc.
  • Knowledge of networks, Windows OS, routers/switches, and basic server tasks
  • Tech‑savvy, eager to learn, and willing to take leadership
  • Excellent troubleshooting and customer service mindset
