Overview

Lutron’s Gurgaon team is seeking a technically driven professional to lead our IT and PC Help Desk support function. In this role, you will apply your expertise to resolve complex technical challenges and deliver high-quality support across the business. You’ll collaborate closely with a team of skilled Computer Science and IT professionals, contributing to projects that strengthen global operations and enhance the customer experience.


Responsibilities

As an Information Technology Leader at Lutron you will: 

  • Lead the team in providing second line support for IT and PC Help Desk related issues to Lutron’s global team members, remote as well as in-person
  • Resolving support calls in the help desk system, through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions, solving problems
  • Hardware troubleshooting of laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, VC equipment
