Role Summary
We are seeking a hands-on, security-minded IT Manager to own and operate our end-to-end technology environment—websites, OTT platform operations, hosting, cybersecurity, email, Saa S applications, identity access, vendor management, and IT support—across multiple initiatives. This person will also bring AI fluency and implement AI agents/workflows to automate operations, improve responsiveness, and reduce risk.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who can balance reliability + security + speed, and who communicates clearly with non-technical stakeholders.
