TalentoHC is actively partnered with an organization seeking an IT Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and technical support by troubleshooting, triage, and management of the incident lifecycle for all supported business groups.
Responsibilities

Respond to escalations from IT Tech support team.
Configure, deploy, and maintain IT equipment such as servers, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Respond to technical requests using the helpdesk management system - track issues to resolution while updating internal knowledge base and communicating to users.
Perform routine maintenance on servers, networks, and critical IT systems.
Monitor system performance, ensuring optimal functionality and uptime.
Execute error analysis of various server systems and network infrastructure on a regular basis.
