Role Summary
We are seeking a hands-on, security-minded IT Manager to own and operate our end-to-end technology environment—websites, OTT platform operations, hosting, cybersecurity, email, SaaS applications, identity access, vendor management, and IT support —across multiple initiatives. This person will also bring AI fluency and implement AI agents/workflows to automate operations, improve responsiveness, and reduce risk.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who can balance reliability + security + speed , and who communicates clearly with non-technical stakeholders.
