Job Description
**Overview**
Works as a hands-on IT Manager in charge of WuXi AppTec’s Manufacturing location in Middletown, Delaware. The position will manage both infrastructure positions along with first level application support personnel. The Manager will also perform those individual duties as needed, more so at the start and less as more staff are hired based on the site’s construction/expansion plans. All work will happen in a collaborative environment with the manager being a conduit and process owner working with the engineering groups and higher-tier IT support.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manages Infrastructure and technical support positions. Role consists of:
+ Working with Engineering, Shared Service Infrastructure and Enterprise Application groups to make sure the uptime of the systems at the site adheres to SLAs and maintains cGMP compliance.
+ Serves as an escalation point for ongoing issues.
