Job Description

For a client of ours, we are looking for an IT Manager to lead ERP and CRM implementation while ensuring seamless IT infrastructure and support across stores and offices. This role will drive system integrations, manage vendors, and ensure reliable, secure IT operations that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. ERP, CRM & Systems Implementation

  • Lead end-to-end ERP integration across retail stores, warehouses, and corporate offices, ensuring system alignment with business processes.
  • Drive CRM software implementation, customization, and adoption across sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
  • Coordinate requirements gathering, vendor engagement, UAT, rollout, and post-implementation support.
  • Ensure data migration, system integration, and reporting accuracy across platforms.

2. IT Infrastructure & Operations

  • Manage IT infrastructure across all retail stores and offices, including networks, servers, hardware, and core systems.
  • Ensure high system uptime, performance, and business continuity across locations.
  • Oversee day-to-day IT operations, user access management, and troubleshooting support for business teams.
  • Plan and support new store openings, office expansions, and system upgrades.

3. Vendor Management & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact for IT vendors, ERP/CRM partners, and service providers.
  • Work closely with finance, retail operations, merchandising, and leadership teams to align technology solutions with business needs.
  • Manage vendor performance, SLAs, costs, and implementation timelines.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and execution plans.

4. Security, Governance & Process Improvement

  • Ensure data security, access controls, backups, and compliance with IT policies and best practices.
  • Establish IT processes, documentation, and standard operating procedures across systems and locations.
  • Drive process automation and technology improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support IT governance, audits, and risk management initiatives.

Profile

  • 7–9 years of experience in IT management, preferably in retail or multi-location environments
  • Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM implementations
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and basic networking
  • Ability to manage vendors and collaborate with cross-functional business teams
