• Lead the end‑user support experience, troubleshooting macOS, Windows and mobile device issues via Slack, Jira, and other enterprise channels.
• Automate identity and access management processes, build scripts in Bash, Zsh, Python, and integrate Okta, Google Workspace, and other SaaS applications.
• Provision, configure and manage endpoint and mobile device management tools (Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Jamf Connect, MDM, EMM).
