MYCPE ONE is a leading solutions provider for CPA and Accounting firms across the US, Canada, and UK. We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our IT team, manage network security, cloud infrastructure, Office 365, and provide remote IT support to clients. Fluency in English is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team; assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure knowledge sharing.
- Firewall & Security: Administer and monitor firewalls, implement security policies, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Networking: Manage LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks; maintain routers, switches, and network performance.
- Cloud Backup: Implement and maintain cloud backup solutions; test recovery processes and optimize storage.
