Job Description
- Ensure all IT systems and activities in the manufacturing unit operate as per approved SOPs, GMP guidelines, and company policies.
- Manage creation, modification, and deactivation of system logins for employees based on approved roles and responsibilities.
- Control user access to QC, Production, Warehouse, and other plant systems to ensure employees can access only what is required for their work.
- Maintain system security by preventing unauthorized access and ensuring proper password and login controls are followed.
- Ensure role-based access is consistently applied so that employees in the same role have the same system permissions.
- Perform periodic review of user access and remove inactive or excess access to maintain compliance and data integrity.
- Manage data backup and restoration activities for plant systems and ensure records are maintained as per policy.
