About the Role

We are looking for a Control-M L1 Support Engineer to join our IT Operations team. This role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth execution of batch jobs using Control-M scheduling tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage batch jobs in Control-M.
  • Provide Level 1 support for job failures and escalate issues as needed.
  • Ensure timely execution of scheduled jobs and maintain SLA compliance.
  • Document incidents and resolutions for knowledge base improvement.
  • Collaborate with L2/L3 teams for complex troubleshooting.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Control-M job scheduling tool.
  • Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux and Windows environments.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
