About the Role
We are looking for a Control-M L1 Support Engineer to join our IT Operations team. This role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth execution of batch jobs using Control-M scheduling tools.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage batch jobs in Control-M.
Provide Level 1 support for job failures and escalate issues as needed.
Ensure timely execution of scheduled jobs and maintain SLA compliance.
Document incidents and resolutions for knowledge base improvement.
Collaborate with L2/L3 teams for complex troubleshooting.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Control-M job scheduling tool.
Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux and Windows environments.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
